Overview
In this role you will design and implement control software for gas and steam turbine-driven equipment, with focus on reliability, validation, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with project teams, customers, and suppliers to shape control solutions and support new product introductions. You help ensure quality through software development and verification before site commissioning, while traveling up to 10% for on-site support. This position blends hands-on engineering with cross-functional influence in a global, innovation-driven environment.

Responsabilità
Develop Control System Software according to technical specs, including coding, validation, and verification
Analyze nonconformities (NCM/CCM) and participate in technical meetings with Project Team, Customers and Supplier
Create and maintain Control SW Libraries and drive continuous improvement (LL and CAPA)
Support New Product and New Technology introduction, participating as presenter or reviewer in technical/program reviews
Requisiti fondamentali
MSc in Computer Science, Automation, Electronic, Telecommunication or Automation Engineering
Proficiency in industrial PLC programming languages and configuration tools
Knowledge of industrial network protocols and standards, and control system algorithms design
Experience with model-based control and dynamic systems modeling
Effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills to influence others
Ability to work in a multi-cultural team and travel up to 10%
Fluency in English
