ppAsb Automotive Field Engineer /b, you will provide technical support to Hyundai's dealer network and authorized workshops, ensuring the effective resolution of technical issues in line with HQ guidelines.
You will also contribute to technical performance monitoring, quality improvement and new model launches.
/p h3We want you to: /h3 ul liAnalyse dealer requests and provide technical support for vehicle diagnostics, troubleshooting and issue resolution /li liManage technical hotline activities and escape complex cases when required /li liEnsure the correct implementation of Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs), service actions and recall campaigns /li liTranslate technical documentation and communicate procedures and best practices across the dealer network /li liMonitor recurring technical issues and contribute to quality reporting and performance analyses /li liSupport technical projects,
