PURPOSE:
The Junior Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing administrative and customer support to ensure efficient order management and positive customer experience. This role acts as a primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries, product information, and general inquiries, working closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and other internal departments.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner using the ERP system (SAP).
- Manage order entry and ensure all customer requirements are correctly captured and fulfilled.
- Provide professional support to both Italian and international customers via phone and email.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates regarding deliveries, back orders, or potential issues.
- Support customers with product, pricing, and service-related inquiries.
- Coordinate with Logistics and Supply Chain teams to ensure on-time delivery of orders.
- Manage invoicing activities and related customer documentation.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports and customer service metrics.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies,
procedures, and quality standards.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
- High school diploma required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Languages, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- minimum experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Order Management, or a similar administrative role.
- Previous experience managing both domestic and international customers.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP, is required.
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Additional European languages are considered an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).

The company offers:
- An initial fixed-term temporary employment contract through an employment agency.
- A gross annual salary (RAL) ranging between €25,000 and €28,000 .
The indicated salary range reflects the expected compensation for the role and is defined based on objective criteria related to the job, including responsibilities, scope, and market benchmarks. Placement within the range will depend on factors such as experience, qualifications, demonstrated capabilities, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for a competitive benefits package and applicable incentive programs.
