We are seeking a Materials Engineer with expertise in materials characterization and product development.Tutte le competenze, le qualifiche e l'esperienza necessarie per un candidato di successo sono elencate nella seguente descrizione.The successful candidate will support the characterization, development, and optimization of cable and accessories technologies.In this role, you will:Perform advanced polymer morphological characterization to identify dispersion and distribution of polymeric and inorganic phases.Correlate polymer structure with chemical-physical, rheological, and electrical properties of compounds.Conduct comparative analyses to support material development, troubleshooting, and product optimization.Analyze, interpret, and model complex multi-technique datasets.Generate clear technical reports, presentations, and recommendations for R&D; and engineering teams.Actively support development of optimized material formulations and manufacturing processes for cable products.You are the right fit if you have/are:Bachelor's degree or higher in Polymer Science or Materials ScienceProven experience in polymer materials characterization and microscopyExperience with extrusion or injection molding processes is a nice to haveSolid understanding of polymer physics,
