/ppThe ideal candidate should be conversant with Customer service and Ground operations, and hold effective communication skills in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

/liliSuggest ways to improve the station's processes and increase efficiency.
/liliWrite delay reports.
/li /ul pstrongPerform administrative functions: /strong /pulliVerify invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
/liliFollow up with vendors in the event of a billing error.
/liliIdentify cost saving opportunities.
/liliComplete flight log reports and statistics.
/liliIdentify anomalies and suggest solutions to avoid errors.
/liliComplete online courses as assigned.
/liliPrepare pre-flight/post-flight administrative work for flight operations.
