/ppWe are looking for a Junior Business Analyst / Functional Analyst to join a dynamic international team working on projects and application services within the Banking Payments domain.
The role is focused on supporting the evolution and day-to-day maintenance of payment-related applications, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams and software developers.
The ideal candidate has already gained some experience in functional analysis and has a good understanding of banking payment processes, with the motivation to further develop their expertise in both domestic and international payment schemes.
/ph3Key Activities /h3ulliGather and analyse business and functional requirements, working closely with business users and technical teams.
/liliTranslate business needs into clear functional specifications and documentation.
/liliContribute to the definition of functional test scenarios, test cases and expected results.
/liliCollaborate with development teams throughout the implementation and validation phases.
/liliSupport System Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
/liliAnalyse and track application defects, supporting their resolution with both business and technical stakeholders.
/liliContribute to application maintenance, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
/liliParticipate in project meetings and working sessions with stakeholders in an international environment.
/liliDevelop a progressively deeper understanding of banking payment processes and related applications.
/li /ulh3Requisiti: Required Background Skills /h3ulli2–4 years of professional experience in Business Analysis, Functional Analysis or a similar role.
/liliPrevious experience within the Banking / Financial Services sector is strongly preferred.
/liliGood knowledge of payment processes, both domestic and international.
/liliFamiliarity with SEPA and Instant Payments is a nice to have.
/liliUnderstanding of cross-border payments and transfers is a nice to have.
/liliBasic knowledge of SWIFT and financial messaging is a nice to have.
/liliGeneral understanding of clearing and settlement processes.
/liliAbility to understand and analyse end-to-end payment flows is a nice to have.
/liliExperience with functional testing and/or UAT activities.
/liliGood communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
/liliGood level of written and spoken English, suitable for working in an international environment.
