Senior Accountant at Zeeco Italy supports the finance team with core accounting activities, focusing on the general ledger, payroll and T&E; accounting, tax operations, and fixed assets.
You will help ensure accurate, complete, and timely closes and contribute to a stable, evolving accounting environment in an international setting.
You work closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes and support audits.

and asset recordsAct as backup for AP/AR interfaces and ensure correct GL integration; perform subledger reconciliations and monitor suspense accountsSupport internal and external audits with documentation and explanations for assigned areasAdapt and improve accounting practices; identify issues and address them with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approachCollaborate within the Finance team to ensure consistency, continuity, and reliability of accounting operationsBachelor in Economics6-10 years of experience in operational accounting, audits, or similar environmentsStrong GL accounting and close experienceExperience with payroll, T&E;, tax postings/reconciliations, and fixed assetsERP experience (SAGE, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and strong Excel skillsHigh attention to detail with structured executionAbility to work autonomously in a team-based, international environmentdetail-orientedownershipproblem-solving mindsetPayroll accounting and reconciliations#J-*****-Ljbffr
