/p pWhat you will have an opportunity to do: /p pThe Resort Beverage Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership, development, and execution of all beverage operations throughout the resort.
This position oversees beverage programming, menu development, training, inventory controls, vendor relationships, and beverage profitability across all restaurants, bars, lounges,
pool venues, beach operations, banquets, catering, and special events.
/p pReporting directly to the Director of Food Beverage, the Resort Beverage Manager serves as the resort's beverage expert and is responsible for creating innovative beverage experiences that elevate guest satisfaction, strengthen outlet identities, drive revenue growth, and position the resort as a leader in food and beverage excellence.

/h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of progressive beverage management experience.
/li liLuxury hotel, resort, restaurant group, or multi?outlet beverage leadership experience preferred.
/li liExperience overseeing multiple food and beverage outlets.
/li liCertified Sommelier, WSET, BarSmarts, Court of Master Sommeliers, or similar certifications preferred.
