Position Overview
We are looking for a Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our Mechanical Engineering team. The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering background, 2 - 3 years of experience in a technical environment, and a practical approach to the design and development of mechanical systems.
You will collaborate with the team on mechanical design, development, and validation activities, contributing to technical analysis and the documentation of results.
What your tasks will be
- Support the mechanical design and development of components and assemblies using CAD tools.
- Contribute to the development, assembly, and evaluation of mechanical and electromechanical systems.
- Prepare and update 3D models, technical drawings, and related documentation.
- Work with the Mechanical Engineering team during prototype build, testing, and refinement activities.
- Collect and analyze data from technical tests, documenting results and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues across technical teams to support the development of Roboze systems.
What we are looking for
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in mechanical design, R&D;, product development, testing, or a similar technical environment.
- Experience using Solid Works for 3D modelling and mechanical design.
- Ability to read and prepare technical drawings and understand mechanical assemblies.
- Familiarity with mechanical components, assembly processes, and the operating principles of electromechanical systems.
- Ability to collect and interpret technical data and present findings clearly in reports.
- A practical approach to problem solving and an interest in following a project from design through testing.
- Good command of English.
