Senior Consultant – Sirion CLM Implementation
Experience: 4–7 years
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Consultant with hands-on experience implementing Sirion (Sirion Labs) Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions.
The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to configure, deploy, and optimize the Sirion CLM platform, translating business requirements into effective system solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Sirion CLM across contract authoring, negotiation, repository, obligation management, and analytics modules.
- Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional and technical specifications within the Sirion platform.
- Configure workflows, templates, clause libraries, approval hierarchies, and metadata structures in Sirion CLM.
- Support data migration activities, including contract abstraction, data mapping, and validation.
- Conduct system configuration, unit testing, UAT support, and issue resolution during implementation cycles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, procurement, IT) to ensure the solution aligns with business processes.
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and training materials.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot platform issues post go-live.
- Assist in change management and end-user training/adoption activities.
- Contribute to internal knowledge repositories, best practices, and reusable implementation assets.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–7 years of overall consulting/implementation experience, with demonstrable hands-on experience on Sirion CLM implementation projects (at least 1–2 full lifecycle projects).
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes: authoring, negotiation, execution, obligation tracking, renewals, and reporting.
- Experience configuring workflows, clause libraries, templates, and metadata within Sirion CLM.
- Familiarity with contract data migration and abstraction methodologies.
- Working knowledge of integration concepts (APIs, SSO, ERP/CRM integrations) as they relate to CLM platforms.
- Good understanding of contract management/legal operations domain is a plus.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams within an implementation project.
Certifications (Required)
- Sirion CLM Basic/Foundation Certification (mandatory).
- Any additional Sirion functional or technical certification will be an added advantage.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/LLB preferred but not mandatory.
