Marketing Manager

For an international company in the premium accessories sector, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive brand marketing activities across the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the marketing plan for the Italian market.
- Coordinate new product launches, managing timelines, POS materials, communication campaigns, media activities, PR initiatives, and brand activations across multiple channels.
- Manage relationships with PR, media buying, and event agencies, monitoring performance and ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
- Oversee and optimize the marketing budget, monitoring investments, forecasts, costs, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with international headquarters to adapt and execute global strategies according to local market needs.
- Develop consumer engagement initiatives through social media, events, retail activations, and projects dedicated to the brand community.
- Lead and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Marketing, Brand Management Proven experience in Marketing or Brand Management within premium retail, fashion, or consumer goods companies.
- Previous experience leading and developing teams.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work in an international environment and engage with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- Highly creative mindset with a strong passion for branding, communication, and customer experience.
- Strong interest in market trends and innovation, with the ability to translate innovative ideas into impactful marketing initiatives.
- Dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented approach, focused on continuous improvement and identifying new growth opportunities for the brand.

Salary Package : 60-70 K
