/p pThis opportunity would suit an analytical professional with a background in real estate investment, hospitality advisory or a related field, looking to develop their career within the hospitality sector.
/p h3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3 ul lipSupport the analysis and assessment of hospitality investment opportunities.
/p /li lipBuild and maintain financial models, including valuations and sensitivity analyses.
/p /li lipResearch hotel markets, operating performance and sector trends.
/p /li lipAssist with due diligence and the preparation of investment presentations.




/p /li lipSupport portfolio monitoring and work with internal teams and external advisers.
/p /li /ul h3bCandidate Profile /b /h3 ul lipRelevant experience in real estate investment, investment banking, transaction advisory or hospitality consulting.
/p /li lipStrong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.
/p /li lipExperience with hotel assets or a strong understanding of hospitality investment.
/p /li lipExcellent attention to detail and the ability to present findings clearly.
/p /li lipA proactive approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
