/p /brpWe are seeking an bElectronics Technician 3 /b to join our bSecurity and Electronic Systems (SES) /b business Unit.
As part of b(SES) /b Strategic Business Unit you will be part of a team that designs, engineers, integrates, operates and maintains electronic security services inclusive of intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audio visual, it systems, perimeter defense and command and control systems for federal, local and commercial customers across high-growth markets.
/p /brh3Responsibilities /h3 /brpExecutes various technical tasks and responsibilities within field operations.
Performs on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment and systems.
Ensures the functionality and reliability of various technologies.
Key duties include conducting site surveys, configuring hardware and software, testing systems for proper operation, and providing technical support to customers.
Field Technicians must possess strong problem-solving skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
/p /brul /brliUtilizes and comprehends project Safety plan (JHA, AHA, PFW), enforcing M.C. Dean handbook and policies.
/li /brliParticipates in quality reviews of M.C. Dean design documentation, analyzing and interpreting drawing packages to evaluate constructability.
/li /brliTracks project metrics and participates in weekly resource allocation meetings.
/li /brliVerifies correct charges in timesheets on projects.
/li /brliExecutes installation and maintenance activities within planned durations,



ensuring completion of detailed documentation.
/li /brliTracks and inventories tools, conducts tool inspections, and organizes material ordering and receiving.
/li /brliConducts daily ORM meetings, ensures team compliance with safety requirements, and completes accident/incident reporting.
/li /brliParticipates in PITCO plan creation and build out, executing PITCO plan to ensure high-quality testing and installation.
/li /brliInstalls system raceway, cabling, equipment racks, enclosures, and panels, adhering to industry standards.
/li /brliTerminates, tests, and configures electronic devices, network and IT equipment.
/li /brliManages base switch configurations, participates in configuration of servers and workstations, and troubleshoots programmable components.
/li /brliEnsures compliance with established QC plans and checklists, conducting quality control inspections and documenting findings.
/li /brliInstalls and maintains field devices, terminates and tests system components, and troubleshoots copper and fiber optic issues.
/li /brliLeads commissioning efforts, tracks commissioning activities, and assists in representing M.C. Dean in meetings with owners and design teams.
/li /brliCommunicates consistently with MC Dean Project Teams, other trades, and customers, demonstrating dedication and collaboration.
/li /brliLeads by example, provides constructive feedback, mentors crew members, and encourages strategic thinking and innovation.

years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities /li /br /ul /brh3Required Progressive Experience /h3 /brul /brli6+ years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities on multiple systems and with multiple customer programs /li /brliStrong Oral, Written and Presentation Skills.
/li /brliDemonstrated background working with multidisciplinary teams.
/li /brliDemonstrated time management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives.
/li /brliStrong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint Skills is a plus.
/li /br /ul /brh3Preferred Qualifications /h3 /brul /brliVendor certifications in multiple IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems CCURE, Lenel, Identiv/Hirsch Velocity, Bosch Radionics, Bosch CCTV, Bosch BVMS, AIphone Intercom Systems Airphone, FFT, DIVAR, Windows operating systems certifications and experience in installation of said systems.
