/p h3Your role /h3 ul liDevelop and optimize existing products to meet global market requirements.
/li liDesign and develop specialized link boxes and related components for high-voltage underground cable systems.
/li liAdapt and customize products according to customer-specific and country-specific requirements.
/li liMaintain and expand technical expertise in electrical and electromechanical components.
/li liCoordinate testing activities, including electrical and water immersion tests, working closely with one laboratory resource.
/li liSupport root cause analysis, failure investigation, and corrective actions related to product performance.
/li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams including RD, Quality, Production,
and Project Management to ensure successful product delivery.
/li liContribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality, reliability, and cost optimization.
/li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
/li liExperience in electrical design engineering; experience gained through internships or academic projects will also be considered for junior candidates.
/li liKnowledge of medium-voltage (MV) and/or high-voltage (HV) underground cable systems is highly desirable.
/li liExperience with Autodesk Inventor is considered an advantage.
/li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
/li liAbility to work independently while effectively collaborating within an international team.
/li liExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
/li liGood communication skills in both Italian and English, written and spoken.
/li liProficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
