ppAs part of the Quality team at Poltrona Frau in Motion, the position contributes to the delivery of unique and highly sophisticated interior solutions for luxury automobiles, premium-class airline cabins, and yachts.
/ppThe position reports to the Customer Quality Manager.
/ph3Main activities /h3ulliParticipating in the development team's APQP activities for assigned projects, communicating customer requirements to the project team, suppliers, and production /liliManaging issues related to projects in the launch phase /liliCoordinating metrology activities (3D scanning and/or measurements using checking fixtures) for products being launched /liliEnsuring the accuracy and completeness of PPAP documentation for customers and supporting the SQE function in monitoring supplier PPAP /liliCoordinating customer visits and audits /liliMonitoring metrics related to customer quality performance (PPM), external cost of poor quality, and the status of customer-specific improvement plans /liliMonitoring and managing OEM customer portals /liliLiaise with key clients to manage action plans and coordinate the departments involved in implementing corrective actions in accordance with Gantt chart timelines /liliSupport the Engineering department in drafting and updating PFMEAs /liliDevelop process control plans based on PFMEA inputs /liliManage customer claims, conduct problem-solving activities, and compile 8D reports,



communicating customer feedback both internally and to suppliers /liliPrepare Quality Books for individual projects during the launch phase, in collaboration with the Process Quality, Engineering, and RD departments /li /ulh3Education experience /h3ulliDegree in Mechanical or Management Engineering /liliExperience in Quality and in dealing with automotive industry clients (preferred) /liliFluent English /li /ulh3Technical soft skills /h3ulliKnowledge of UNI EN ISO ****:**** and IATF *****:**** standards /liliStatistical techniques and Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods /liliMeasurement System Analysis (MSA) methodologies /liliAbility to interpret technical drawings /liliKnowledge of the APQP/PPAP process; knowledge of VDA MLA is a plus /liliKnowledge of key quality tools for problem-solving (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys) /liliInterpersonal and communication skills /liliInternal and external customer orientation /liliOrganizational skills /liliLean thinking techniques /li /ulh3Workplace /h3pTolentino (Macerata), with willingness to travel for work.
/ph3Conditions /h3pThe position offers a employee classification with a gross annual salary of € in line with CCNL Legno Arredo Industria collective agreement.
The compensation range indicated in this job posting represents an estimated average range for the position.
