ResponsabilitàProvide technical support to production plants for HSE, quality, efficiency, productivity, and cost targets
Contribute to plant projects and modifications through process engineering activities
Support commissioning, pre-startup and startup of modified plants, including training
Collaborate with maintenance and engineering on multi-discipline projects
Offer process support and guidance to operations and maintenance teams, including procedures and training
Assist with product quality issues and introduce new products in collaboration with Product Application Development and Quality & Control Laboratory
Define plant configurations, process conditions, and operating procedures to meet production goals
Ensure documentation of production process know-how and support Knowledge Exchange Communities
Provide qualified support for regulatory requirements when needed
Be available as on-call engineer monthly
Requisiti fondamentaliUniversity Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering
up to 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles
Knowledge of norms, standards, and procedures related to QoS, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems
Strong problem-solving orientation with rigorous logic
Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for cross-functional collaboration
Excellent English (Italian preferred)
