pAs Learning Manager in luxury retail, you drive client experience by training and coaching store teams.
You implement brand culture, product knowledge, and selling skills to support store growth.
You work cross-functionally with store, HR, and corporate Learning teams to scale impact through onboarding, coaching, and development plans.
You stay hands-on on the shop floor to ensure adoption of training and measurable improvements.
This role combines leadership, coaching, and strategic training delivery.
/pulliTrain and coach store teams to embody Brand culture, values and products /liliPartner with Team and Store Managers to implement learning progression aligned with business objectives and sales targets /liliLead in-store coaching to elicit solutions and develop individual team members /liliSupport Store Managers in building coaching skills and development paths for staff /liliIdentify and nurture potential talent and create individual development plans /liliProvide ongoing performance feedback to Store Managers and HR on team progress /liliEnsure visibility of training activities to Store Management and monitor training impact /liliCollaborate with Corporate/EMEA on training projects and deliver country-level training /liliFacilitate onboarding for new hires and coordinate with HR on proactive staffing plans /liliCoordinate product training with Merchandising for launches and share best practices across stores /liliFluent in Italian and English /liliSignificant experience in luxury retail /liliStrong training delivery and presentation skills using varied techniques /liliExcellent oral and written communication with ability to influence stakeholders /liliGood understanding of PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Excel /liliTravel flexibility /liliMinimum 5 years of experience /liliAbility to adapt in a fast-paced environment /liliproactive /liliPowerPoint /liliMicrosoft Word /liliExcel /li /ul #J-*****-Ljbffr
