The role
Italy Ice Cream Demand Planning Manager is local lead role responsible to balance the triangle Cash / Cost / Service by giving correct input in demand and ensuring successfull execution in market. This role is responsible for local E2E demand and supply planning process, leading local collaboration with service provider on short term supply and enhancing the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP; / IBP) for Italy Ice Cream & Frozen Food business. Italy Ice Cream Demand Planning Manager is leading the demand forecasting process and ensures alignment between commercial, supply chain, and finance teams. This role is critical in driving forecast accuracy, ensuring right service levels, optimizing inventory levels, minimizing business waste and supporting strategic decision-making to meet customer demand efficiently.
