Legga la descrizione completa qui sotto per scoprirlo e non esiti a candidarsi.Scopo della posizione:Assicurare la produzione di analisi economiche e di fattibilità tecnica nell'ambito di progetti aziendali con particolare riferimento al recupero della profittabiltà.
Tipologia di contratto:contratto a tempo indeterminatoPrincipali attività:Contribuire nelle attività di analisi di flotta e termination finalizzate alla proposizione di estensioni e modifica di contratto, di ricalcoli ad hoc e di campagne di upselling.Confrontarsi proattivamente con il proprio responsabile, attraverso la produzione di reportistiche specifiche, necessarie a monitorare l'andamento degli obiettivi di profittabilità nell'ambito delle campagne di modifiche elaborate (es. Fidelity).
Sviluppare proposte di modifiche contrattuali e campagne commerciali specifiche (ES: programma Fidelity/Campagna upselling) nel rispetto degli obbiettivi in termini di volumi e profit stabiliti da BP.Fornire le elaborazioni, la validazione e ratifica delle modifiche contrattuali fuori dal perimetro di gestione dei singoli canali commerciali o delle piattaforme di sales support/Backoffice specifiche; in sinergia con tutti gli attori coinvolti, ivi compreso eventuali fornitori esterni, rispettando le regole di modificabilità definite dalla direzione commerciale.Fornire costante e completa attività di supporto alle aree commerciali per tutte le anomalie inerenti le contract modification,
supportando in tempi rapidi e secondo gli SLA di reparto la proposizione di modifiche contrattuali in linea con la strategia aziendaleAdottare un atteggiamento proattivo nei confronti dei rischi, segnalando anomalie e situazioni a rischio, proponendo azioni di mitigazione, rispettando rigorosamente le politiche di Ayvens.Competenze/conoscenze soft e tecnico-specialistiche:Laurea in discipline economiche, scientifiche, statistiche; Attitudine all'analisi dei dati; Ottima conoscenza dellalingua inglese (rif. livello B2); Ottima conoscenza di Excel e SAP BO; Flessibilità e dinamismo; Spirito di squadraInquadramento e Retribuzione:RAL (Retribuzione Annua Lorda) = fascia ****** € – ****** €, determinata su criteri oggettivi e neutri sotto il profilo del genere, al netto di welfare e benefits La posizione prevede un inquadramento nel livello B2 secondo le declaratorie previste dal CCNL Autonoleggio (ANIASA)Why Ayvens?
