Role Overview
The Technical Business Analyst will serve as a bridge between clients, business requirements, and technical solutions. This role will work directly with customers to understand business processes, uncover technical requirements, recommend appropriate solutions, and support implementation projects involving connected business systems.
This is not a software engineering role. The ideal candidate is business-minded, analytical, and comfortable learning technical concepts while communicating effectively with both clients and internal technical teams.
The Technical Solutions Analyst will also leverage AI tools to automate repetitive work, improve implementation processes, and identify more efficient ways to deliver solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Client Discovery & Solution Analysis
Meet directly with clients to understand their business processes, technical needs, challenges, and desired outcomes.
Conduct discovery conversations and ask thoughtful questions to uncover business and technical requirements.
Translate client needs into clear requirements and practical solution recommendations.
Analyze business processes to determine how available systems, integrations, and workflows can address client needs.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
