Key Responsibilities
Provide world-class technical and account support to players via chat, email, and social media channels.
Ensure an immersive and positive customer experience that aligns with the high standards of the Gaming & Esports sector.
Troubleshoot in-game technical issues, payment queries,
and account security matters for Italian-speaking users.
Act as a brand ambassador for high-profile gaming titles, maintaining deep knowledge of game mechanics and updates.
Escalate critical technical bugs to development teams to ensure seamless gameplay for the global community.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of support protocols within the Gaming & Esports vertical.
Drive player satisfaction scores by delivering prompt, empathetic, and expert solutions in Italian.
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
A genuine passion for Gaming & Esports and familiarity with modern gaming platforms.
Exceptional communication skills and a professional, problem-solving mindset.
Previous experience in customer support or the gaming industry is considered a strong advantage.
