About the position:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead the finance function of our retail business (consumer electronics).

Responsibilities:

-

- Lead financial strategy and support business growth across European markets

- Own P&L; performance, with a focus on margins, channel and category profitability

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

- Optimize working capital (inventory, cash flow, stock efficiency)

- Secure and manage financing facilities to support business growth

- Partner with commercial teams on pricing, promotions, and expansion initiatives

- Ensure accurate reporting (IFRS) and strong internal controls

Requirements:

-

- 5+ years of experience in finance, including leadership roles

- Proven finance background in retail, consumer electronics, FMCG, or distribution

- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, IFRS, statutory reporting, audit, and tax compliance,



combined with solid FP&A; and commercial finance expertise

- Solid understanding of retail KPIs (gross margin, sell-through, inventory turnover

- Experience in multi-country European environment is a plus

- Strategic mindset with a hands‑on approach

- Good knowledge of English

- Strong communication skills
