LightScene Studio is looking for a Studio Administrator to join our dynamic studio in Milan.
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused Studio Administrator to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our studio, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office while supporting our design teams and management.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day administration and operation of the studio
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events
Maintain office facilities, supplies, and equipment
Support onboarding and general HR administration
Assist with project administration and document management
Coordinate with external suppliers and service providers
Support the leadership team with administrative and organisational tasks
Help maintain a welcoming, efficient, and professional studio environment.
Required Skills & Experience
Previous experience in an administrative,



office management, or studio support role.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
A proactive, positive, and collaborative approach to work.
Experience working in a design, architecture, engineering, or creative studio is an advantage.
Applicants for the Italy-based position must have the legal right to work in Italy.
Visa sponsorship is not available.
