# Foreign Distribution Dealing EmployeeApply---Torino, Piemonte, ItalyHybridReference *****KU5Start date 2026/10/15Publication date 2026/09/25## Responsibilities**Mission:**Ensure the accurate and timely execution of all foreign distribution dealing activities, in full compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and market rules. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet operational deadlines and ensure the completion of all activities within established cut-off times. Deliver a high level of service by providing prompt and effective support to stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.**Tasks and responsibilities:*** Manage transfers of units/shares of foreign funds and SICAVs, ensuring timely and accurate execution* Provide operational support and assistance to distributors and counterparties* Actively contribute to projects and process improvement initiatives within the department* Monitor and control outsourced activities, ensuring compliance with service and quality standards## Profile required**Studies & experience:*** Bachelor's degree in economics or related fields* Preferable previous experience within a Fund Administration in Securities Services or Financial Services environment**Language skills:*** Excellent command of written and spoken Italian (C2 level), with the ability to communicate fluently and accurately in complex professional contexts* Upper-intermediate English (B2 level)**Technical,
