We are currently looking for a Customer Manager to join our commercial team in Milan, Italy.
This role offers the opportunity to lead customer growth initiatives, build strategic partnerships,
and help shape the future of sustainable materials solutions for some of the industry’s most recognized brands.
Whether your background comes from chemicals, advanced materials, plastics, packaging, engineering solutions, or business administration, we are interested in individuals who combine commercial drive with technical understanding.
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers while developing new business opportunities.
Build and develop trusted customer partnerships through proactive relationship management, including regular face-to-face interactions and customer visits.
Identify growth opportunities within target market segments.
Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with Technical Service & Development, Marketing, Product Management and Supply Chain teams.
Support commercial negotiations and pricing discussions.
