We are looking for a Sales – Industry Geared Motors (f/m/d) to join Innomotics and take ownership of the development of our Generators business in the Italian market.

Your Future Role
The Geared Motors market in Italy is wide open — but still to be conquered. That’s why we’re looking for someone who wants to build it with us: a person who doesn’t just manage existing customers, but knows how to create relationships, open doors, and turn ideas into real opportunities.
In this role, you’ll be the commercial point of reference for Northern Italy, with the goal of growing Innomotics’ presence in the Geared Motors segment. You will report directly to the Sales Manager and work closely with our agents, technical teams, and end customers,
turning technical needs into concrete solutions.
Your Future Tasks

- Grow the business: develop the sales network and identify new customers across Northern Italy, specifically Lombardia Est and Emilia.
- Build relationships: nurture and retain existing clients, becoming a trusted and competent reference point.
- Be on the field: visit customers, attend trade fairs, and support training activities for agents and partners.
- Collaborate and contribute: work closely with the Sales Support team to build effective technical and commercial offers, sharing ideas and proposals to improve tools and processes.
- Shape the strategy: gather insights on market trends and competitors to help define the next steps for our commercial growth.
Your Profile

- 3–5 years of experience in commercial roles within the industrial sector, preferably involving Geared Motors.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders — from technicians to entrepreneurs — with a direct and practical approach.
- A hands-on, self-driven attitude with a focus on tangible results — you like clear goals and seeing their impact.
- Fluency in English, to interact with international colleagues and headquarters.
- Willingness to travel across Northern Italy to meet customers and partners.

In line with applicable pay transparency requirements, we provide information on the compensation framework for this position.
The position is governed by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria, level B3 , with a minimum annual gross compensation of €55,000 (fixed + variable) .
The final compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications and skills in relation to the requirements and responsibilities of the role.
