- Communicate clearly with end-users and department managers on equipment status; maintain customer satisfaction.

- Maintaining documentation of performed tasks. Supervision of entrusted tools.
- Cooperation with the team of Engineers in Europe in solving technical issues
Qualifications and experience
- BSC in Engineering
- Qualified Technician/ Engineer or equivalent professional xysqume experience in medical devices, advantage: relevant Field Service experience
- Technical analytical skills
- Valid driving license, active driving experience
