We are seeking a proactive and structured Facility and Compliance Manager to ensure efficient facility operations, project delivery, and compliance with applicable regulations and aviation standards.Scopra di più sulle mansioni generali e sulle competenze richieste per questa occasione leggendo di seguito.Lead and manage a team with direct reporting to the Managing DirectorResponsible for facility management, including infrastructure, space planning, and coordination with airport authorities, suppliers, and stakeholdersOversee expansion and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with applicable aviation regulations, standards,and company requirements.
Coordinate activities with Headquarters,supervise local projects,and manage related assets and facilityLeads special projects, supports development and ensures discipline.Plans tasks,allocates resources,and monitors project timelinesManages company compliance topics, including training, reporting, whistleblowing, and participation in Supervisory Board (Law 231).
Ensure compliance with applicable requirements and coordinate reporting to HQEducation:High school diploma required.
University degree and/or Master's degree desirable.Fluent in English and Italian required.
Other languages are a plus.Technical Skills:Expert computer proficiency required,



including MS Office and AMOS.Professional Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience in the aeronautical sector required.Stress management: Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage challenging situations.Teamwork: Strong teamworking and collaboration skills.Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Adaptability: Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Italian citizenship or valid authorization to reside and work in ItalyAbout Lufthansa Technik Milan S.R.L.Lufthansa Technik Milan is a fully owned subsidiary of Lufthansa Technik AG specialized in providing a full range of aircraft maintenance services, 24/7 AOG recovery, as well as logistics services.
