What You'll Do
Assist Italian-speaking clients via phone and email
Perform initial troubleshooting and technical diagnostics
Handle order follow-ups, minor repairs, and customer queries using 3 support systems
What You Need
Fluency in Italian and English (written & spoken)
Strong problem-solving skills and tech adaptability
Customer-focused attitude (cross-selling experience is a plus)
