Opening:
We are expanding our Legislative Compliance – FGAS and Thermal Cadastre department and invite an intern to apply. You will play a key support role in managing compliance documentation, assisting clients, and verifying regulatory alignment.
Main Tasks:
- Facilitate communication regarding client queries on statutory requirements;
- Analyze, authenticate, and process technical and administrative files in line with FGAS standards and Energy Efficiency Control Reports (RCEE) ;
- Enter and synchronize data across official portals and internal tracking systems.
- Cooperate with engineering personnel to guarantee adherence to regulatory timelines and legal duties;
- Travel to client locations for inspections and field support when operations demand.
Must-Haves
- Technical high school diploma,
with preference for Thermal/Plumbing , Energy , Mechanics , or comparable fields;
- Enthusiasm for plant regulations and statutory compliance procedures;
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel and Word proficiency required);
- Reliable, structured, and exceptionally careful with details;
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first approach;
- Open to split schedules between headquarters and customer premises.
