pbFull-Stack Web Developer – Part-Time Freelance /b /ppbr/ppbRemote | Part-Time | Freelance / Contractor /b /ppbr/ppWe are looking for a Full-Stack Web Developer to join a web development project, with the majority of the work focused on backend development.
/ppbr/ppThe ideal candidate will be a highly independent developer who can take ownership of tasks while collaborating closely with the Project Lead and an experienced Web Designer.
/ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pp- Develop and maintain web applications, with a strong focus on backend development.
/pp- Work across the full stack when required.
/pp- Build and maintain integrations, APIs and CMS-based solutions.
/pp- Contribute to iOS and Android applications using React Native.
/pp- Follow secure, scalable and maintainable development practices.
/pp- Use Git and CI/CD workflows effectively.
/pp- Leverage AI-assisted development tools while maintaining high code quality and engineering standards.
/pp- Work independently and communicate effectively through Slack.
/ppbr/ppbTech Stack Requirements /b /pp- PHP, Python,
Laravel, Symfony /pp- MySQL, Apache /pp- Next.js, TypeScript /pp- Docker /pp- React Native for iOS and Android /pp- Git CI/CD /pp- Strong understanding of security-by-design /pp- Experience working effectively with AI coding agents / AI-assisted development /pp- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently /ppb- Italian language required /b /ppbr/ppbEngagement /b /pp- Fully remote /pp- Tempo parziale freelance / contractor /pp- Initially around 4 hours per day, with the workload expected to decrease over time.
/pp- Workload may vary significantly, with periods of high activity and periods of little or no work.
/pp- No fixed working hours or fixed monthly salary.
/pp- Compensation is based on the actual work performed.
/pp- The candidate must be able to invoice the company and therefore hold a valid Italian or EU VAT number.
/pp- Slack will be the primary communication channel.
