/p h3Job Description /h3 pTo achieve revenue targets through the retention and growth of existing customers (T1, T2, T3) and hunting prospects.
Is field based.
/p h3Sales /h3 ul liIdentify new clients and qualify new opportunities /li liIdentify key contacts within existing accounts; cross selling and upselling accordingly /li liDevelop and maintain account plan to support revenue goals and objectives /li liBuild and implement an effective contact strategy /li /ul h3Processes /h3 ul liUnderstand Experian's proposition and be able to articulate this in the context of the client/s requirements.
Have broad /li liknowledge of the market we operate in and our competitors /li /ul h3Client /h3 ul liForecast accurately and consistently on a monthly basis and effectively manage client debt /li /ul h3Operational /h3 ul liEnsure all KPIs surrounding client contact, retention, and growth are met.
/li /ul h3Customer /h3 ul liActively contribute to a culture that achieves the business goals, delights customers and keeps consumer advocacy at the heart of everything we do.

/li liPro-actively identify risks and make recommendation to mitigate these.
/li liUnderstand and adhere to specific regulatory obligations and company policies and procedures.
/li /ul h3Performance Management /h3 ul liUnderstand and participate in Elevate Performance ensuring stretching personal objectives, a personal development plan and regular self and team feedback.
/li liComply with the Training and Competency requirements and complete required training in a timely manner.
