ppIn this role you ensure equipment runs at peak reliability by implementing preventive maintenance programs and managing spares and upgrades.
You will lead maintenance activities, train technicians, and drive initiatives to maximize machine uptime and OEE.
Based in Goa, you collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce downtime, control costs, and maintain safety and 5S standards.
Your work supports continuous improvement through RCAs, FMEAs, and focused improvements.
