Straightline Consulting is growing, and we're looking for experienced Electrical and Mechanical Commissioning Project Leads to join our team in Milan.
This isn't just another Senior Commissioning Manager role. You'll take ownership of major mission-critical projects, leading teams through every stage of the commissioning process while working alongside some of the industry's biggest clients.
What you'll be doing:
Leading commissioning activities from planning through to client handoverManaging multidisciplinary commissioning teams across complex MEP systemsDriving quality, safety and programme delivery on hyperscale data centre projectsDeveloping commissioning plans, method statements and test scriptsBuilding strong relationships with clients, contractors and project stakeholdersMentoring and developing Commissioning Engineers and future leadersWhat we're looking for:
Proven Data Centre Commissioning experience (essential)Strong Electrical or Mechanical backgroundExperience leading commissioning teams on large-scale projectsMEP project management experienceConfident client-facing communicatorRelevant engineering qualifications and site certifications (CSCS, ECS, Safe Pass or SMSTS)Why join Straightline Consulting?
