City Wonders is an award-winning tour operator with over 20 years of experience pioneering new ways to explore iconic destinations. We're looking for freelance guides to lead international travelers through Florence's must-see sites - such as the Uffizi Gallery and the Accademia Gallery.

What you'll do

-

- Lead engaging small-group tours, sharing your knowledge of Florence's history, art, and culture.

- Create a welcoming, personalized experience with great storytelling and local tips.

- Keep tours running smoothly and handle unexpected situations calmly and professionally.

What you'll bring

- A valid Italian tour guide qualification.



Passed the qualifying exam but still waiting to be added to the National Tour Guides Register? You're welcome to apply!

- Strong knowledge of Florence's history, art, and culture.

- Excellent English; additional languages are a plus.

- A friendly, reliable approach and confidence engaging diverse groups.

- Availability on weekends, public holidays, and during peak season.

- Experience in tour leading, guided tours, or tourism is a plus.
