For our client, a leading international logistics real estate investor, developer and asset manager, with a consolidated and rapidly growing presence in Italy, we are currently looking for an:La preghiamo di leggere attentamente la panoramica e i requisiti per questa possibilità di lavoro riportati di seguito.ASSET MANAGERThe candidate will join the Italian Asset Management team and, reporting directly to the Head of Asset Management, will be responsible for maximizing the value, performance and long-term profitability of a portfolio of logistics assets across Italy.ResponsibilitiesFull responsibility for the execution of asset business plans, driving value creation, occupancy optimization and income growth across the portfolio; Preparation andmonitoring of budgets, forecasts, business plans and asset performance analyses; Definition and implementation of leasing strategies, managing key tenant relationships and supporting lease negotiations and renewals; Oversight of CAPEX programmes, refurbishment projects and technical initiatives, ensuring alignment with asset strategy, budgets and timelines; Coordination ofinternal and external stakeholders while supporting acquisitions, disposals, ESG initiatives and senior management reporting .Your Profile5+ years of experience in Asset Management,
