Overview
In this role you will lead global consolidation activities to ensure IFRS-compliant financial reporting. You will work with cross-border teams to maintain accuracy, aid consolidation processes, and support group statements and audits. You'll drive improvements in tools, templates, and controls while mentoring junior staff. This position combines technical accounting with a scaling, cross-functional finance function aligned to Amplifon's growth and governance standards.

Responsabilità
Execute and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation activities ensuring IFRS compliance and policy adherence
Analyze submissions, resolve complex discrepancies across countries, and propose corrective actions
Prepare consolidation adjustments, intercompany eliminations and supporting schedules

Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements, management reports, and audit documentation
Support Acquisition Accounting activities (Purchase Price Allocation) and ensure reporting in the group R&C; system and external disclosure
Supervise impairment testing processes and related analyses
Enhance consolidation tools/templates/workflows and strengthen controls for standardization and data quality
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on accounting and reporting topics
Requisiti fondamentali
Master in Accounting/Finance
Minimum 3 years consolidation or reporting experience
Solid IFRS knowledge; multinational exposure
Experience with consolidation systems; Advanced Excel
Full professional proficiency in English
Analytical rigor and accuracy
