OverviewAs a Retail Coordinator, you drive qualitative and quantitative sales objectives by organizing retail staff activities.
You will implement the commercial strategy through Retail Supervisors and monitor performance, proposing corrective actions where needed.
You act as the liaison for the commercial network, coordinating teams and translating needs into actions.
This role blends people leadership with digital enablement to enhance efficiency and sustainability across the retail network.
You will work with cross-functional teams to support strategy execution and store performance on a global scale.
ResponsabilitàAssign sales objectives to Retail Supervisors and oversee their achievement
Coordinate and manage resources (costs/people) to meet company guidelines and organize Retail Supervisors' activities
Develop Retail Supervisors through training (online/offline) focused on products, customers and sales techniques
Support the Retail Manager in implementing the Retail Strategy, with emphasis on supervision activities (analysis, diagnosis, interventions)




Monitor and report feedback on specific sales points through Retail Supervisors
Promote role learning, innovation, and efficiency through team and digital initiatives
Encourage the use of digital technologies for process management and stakeholder communications
Promote sustainable development practices linking environment, processes, and community
Requisiti fondamentaliCoordinates resources (costs/people) to ensure objectives
Develops knowledge of Retail Supervisors via training
Leads and motivates the team to achieve commercial objectives
Supports strategy implementation and supervision activities
Monitors and reports performance feedback
Promotes digital adoption and innovation in processes
Adopts sustainable development practices
Good knowledge of English (C1) and willingness to travel abroad
