In this role you will manage SEL customer and channel partner relationships, translating customer needs into optimal SEL solutions.
You will work with cross-functional teams to forecast quarterly sales and analyze market trends, driving improvements based on feedback.
You will serve as a product knowledge advocate, educating customers on SEL technology and maintaining strong commercial relationships.
This position offers the opportunity to influence solution delivery and contribute to operational excellence within a global manufacturing context.Manage and develop relationships with SEL customers and channel partners.Understand customer requirements and objectives; determine and deliver the optimal SEL solution.Build and maintain knowledge of SEL products and educate customers on SEL technology and innovation.Develop and deliver quarterly orders forecasts and sales goals.Collect, analyze and report industry, competitor and customer trends.Collaborate to address customer feedback and product issues.Coordinate between customers,



contracts & risk, and accounts receivable to facilitate commercial relationships.Use business tools to maintain CRM data, opportunity tracking, and sales activities.Follow SEL Values, Principles of Operation, and World-Class Manufacturing principles.Other duties as assigned.
