As Team Manager, you lead a high-performing shop floor team to deliver exceptional service and meet store targets across departments. You act as a Burberry ambassador, promoting the brand values and product passion while building strong client relationships. You analyze performance, drive productivity, and collaborate with leadership to optimize KPIs and store growth. You shape the guest experience and ensure consistent standards through coaching and training. You join a values-driven luxury brand focused on sustainable impact and community engagement.
Responsabilità
- Partner with store management to improve sales performance and exceed goals
- Analyze store performance and KPIs; report trends and competitor activity
- Lead a customer-facing team; set targets and drive productivity
- Promote Burberry brand and product knowledge; ensure service excellence
- Engage in CRM initiatives and capture client data to tailor outreach
- Mentor the team on product knowledge, policies, and procedures
- Drive training delivery and cascade learning materials
- Oversee customer journey and leverage guest experience program metrics
- Support talent development, retention, and performance reviews
- Participate in or lead daily store meetings to share trends and updates
- Maintain store standards, compliance, and housekeeping
- Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house activities to meet budgets and safety standards
Requisiti fondamentali
- Previous luxury retail leadership experience driving department sales and profitability
- Commercial awareness with exposure xysqume to sales KPIs
- Understanding of luxury client expectations and service levels
- Strong leadership and people-management能力

- Genuine interest in fashion and product knowledge
