As Sales Director for Italy, you lead an Enterprise Account Executive team within Manufacturing and Retail/CPG, driving revenue and strategic growth. You'll partner with internal stakeholders across sales, value engineering, and services to close large SaaS deals and expand the customer base. Your leadership will shape the direct Italian SaaS sales effort and ensure strong forecast accuracy and executive alignment. You'll operate in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment while delivering measurable impact for customers and Celonis' mission.

Responsabilità
- Hire, coach, and develop the AE team; foster team cohesion and performance
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets within the Italian territory with accurate forecasting
- Develop and execute strategic plans to win new logos and expand within target segments/industries
- Build and sustain executive-level relationships with customers and partners
- Support field teams to understand customer needs and drive incremental revenue
- Clearly articulate Celonis' value proposition in proposals and presentations to the team
- Collaborate with direct and indirect sales, value engineering, business development, and services to align on customer objectives
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3+ years of strong leadership experience
- Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Proven experience working with Partners (Consulting firms and Enterprise Tech)
- Fluency in English and Italian xysqume
- Adaptability to a fast-moving, high-growth environment with a positive, growth mindset
- Collaborative and inclusive mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work autonomously and manage time/priorities effectively
- Travel 50% within Italy
