As a Workday Success Plans specialist, you help customers maximize value from Workday applications through targeted micro-consulting, configuration guidance, and demonstrations. You act as a trusted Workday advisor, solving business problems with expertise in Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, and data integration. You will deliver scalable services, presentations, and one-to-one guidance to accelerate feature adoption. You join a collaborative, growth-focused team that values learning, integrity, and customer impact.

Responsabilità
- Conduct research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts
- Deliver small-scope consulting with configuration guidance and demonstrations
- Troubleshoot product configuration to meet customer requirements
- Communicate value and responses clearly to customers
- Create and deliver customer presentations on using Workday features (Accelerator Webinars)
- Provide one-on-one consulting to accelerate feature adoption (Feature Accelerator)
- Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews)
- Maintain product expertise and Workday Certification; stay current with roadmap and industry practices
- Contribute to development of new programs to drive feature adoption
- Perform configuration and business requirements reviews to identify optimization opportunities
- Provide one-on-one customer configuration designs
- Deploy Workday features in deployments of varying scope
Requisiti fondamentali
- 2+ years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning implementations
- 5 years of IT implementation experience
- 3+ years of software consulting experience
- 1+ years experience in Adaptive Integrations with external systems
- Workday Adaptive Planning xysqume Certification is a plus
- Troubleshoot Adaptive Integrations to external systems
- Ability to distill complex Workday concepts into clear presentations
- Multitasking across multiple engagements and deliverables
- Strong critical thinking for complex technical process issues
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience; advanced degree preferred
- Travel up to 10%
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to distill complex concepts for customers
