Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Project Supervisor / Responsabile dei Lavori (RL) to join a major data centre construction project in Milan.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee H&S; compliance throughout pre-construction and construction phases.
Ensure compliance with Italian H&S; legislation, particularly D.Lgs.
81/08.
Review contractor and subcontractor H&S; documentation and competency.
Conduct regular site inspections, audits and H&S; assessments.
Monitor construction activities, identify risks and drive corrective actions.
Coordinate with contractors, Safety Coordinators and wider project stakeholders.
Review risk assessments, method statements and construction safety plans.
Manage statutory H&S; documentation and notifications.




Report H&S; performance, deficiencies and non-compliances to project leadership.
Take appropriate action, including work stoppage where required for serious safety risks.
Requirements: Previous experience in a senior Construction H&S; role.
Strong knowledge of Italian H&S; legislation / D.Lgs.
81/08.
Experience as a Responsabile dei Lavori (RL) or in a similar capacity.
Experience managing contractor/subcontractor H&S; compliance.
Strong construction site inspection and risk management experience.
Fluent in Italian and good English.
Relevant H&S;, Construction or Engineering qualification. xysqume
Data centre, mission-critical or large-scale construction experience highly desirable.
