ABOUT EXPERIMENTAL ROMA
Opening in october 2026 on Via Ludovisi, just off the legendary Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will be a vibrant and cinematic new destination from Experimental.
Housed in a former bank, the hotel has been transformed by interior designer Rodolphe Parente into a space that embodies the essence of la dolce vita : elegant, timeless, and irresistibly Italian.
The property will feature 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar,
and a spectacular rooftop with a suspended pool offering breathtaking views over the magnificent cityscape of Rome.

ABOUT THE JOB
Permanent position – starting as soon as possible.
As a Reservation Agent, you will oversee a range of tailor-made services for individual clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Reservations Manager of individual, travel agencies, corporate guests
Entering and checking individual, travel agencies and corporate reservations in compliance with the Group’s procedures (booking entry, rates, credit cards, client requests, room allocations),
Proactively manage reservation requests via email/phone by sending proposals and stay confirmations, while ensuring corrects rates information.
