Then we'd love to get to know you.As Senior Controller you act as a competent business partner turning complex financial data into clear insights.Responsibilities:Acting as a trusted business partner to management, team leaders, and stakeholders on financial and operational mattersAnalyzing, developing and optimizing management reports, KPI-based steering instruments, controlling tools, and reporting processesPerforming cost-, profitability- and ad-hoc analyses, translating complex data into meaningful insights and into recommendations for decision-makingDriving budgeting, forecasting and mid-term planning processes in close collaboration with business leaders and functional expertsAnalyzing monthly and annual financial results, including contribution margins, profit center performance and key business driversIdentifying plan-versus-actual deviations, assessing underlying causes and supporting the definition and tracking of corrective actionsEvaluating business cases, investments, projects as well as service pricing models regarding profitability, cost efficiency and economic viabilityContinuously improving data quality, reporting transparency and controlling processes to support fact-based decision-makingCollaborating closely with Project Controlling, Finance, team leaders and the international organization to harmonize processes,
