In this role you drive sales of textile specialty chemicals across Italy, building new business and strengthening key relationships. You work closely with textile manufacturers and finishers, supporting trials and implementation with technical teams. You will manage the full sales cycle and contribute to the Italian commercial strategy. The position combines technical consulting with business development in a international group.

Responsabilità
- Identify and develop new customers and opportunities in Italy
- Expand presence in strategic textile and technical-textile segments
- Build and manage a sustainable sales pipeline
- Achieve revenue and margin targets
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure
- Develop long-term relationships with manufacturers and industrial accounts
- Understand customers' production processes and technical requirements
- Recommend suitable chemical solutions for textile treatment and finishing
- Support laboratory and industrial trials with application and technical teams
- Provide guidance on product performance, dosage, and use
- Monitor textile technologies and competitive landscape
- Provide market intelligence and contribute to Italian commercial strategy
- Act as interface between Italian customers and international teams
Requisiti fondamentali
- Significant experience in B2B technical sales within the textile specialty chemicals industry
- Sound knowledge of textile manufacturing, processing, dyeing, finishing or functional-treatment applications
- Established network within the Italian textile industry (advantage)
- Proven track record in developing and managing industrial customers
- Strong new-business xysqume development capabilities and entrepreneurial approach
- Ability to sell technical, value-added chemical solutions
- Excellent communication, relationship-management and negotiation skills
- Credibility with technical and commercial stakeholders
- Ability to work independently within an international organisation
- Willingness to travel frequently throughout Italy and occasionally to other European locations
- Fluent Italian and good command of English
