Supporting this vision requires strong financial controls, attention to detail, and a dedication to operational excellence. /ppWe are currently seeking an Income Auditor General Cashier to join our Finance team. /ppThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate revenue reporting, performing daily reconciliations, maintaining internal controls, and overseeing cash handling and banking activities in line with company procedures and accounting standards. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey responsibilities include: /strong /ppbr / /ppAnalysing and verifying all revenue transactions from departments including Rooms, FB, Spa, and other outlets /ppPreparing and distributing the Daily Revenue Report with accuracy and timeliness /ppUploading daily revenue and statistics journals into SUN System, ensuring all revenues are captured and balanced /ppInspecting all supporting documentation to confirm the integrity of management reports /ppReconciling credit card and other payment methods with PMS systems /ppPreparing rebates, voids, complimentary and allowance summaries for management approval /ppMonitoring rate changes, discounts, and adjustments for proper authorization /ppConducting daily income audits and reconciling sales and payments by department /ppPreparing monthly financial reports and assisting in audits and statements /ppEnsuring compliance with financial policies and internal control procedures /ppWorking closely with operational departments to ensure accurate recording of all income-related transactions /ppbr / /ppstrongWho We’re Looking For:
