As Senior Tech Lead for US Payroll, you will architect and scale a critical enterprise-grade platform serving SMBs to large enterprises. You’ll partner with the Director of Engineering to shape architecture, drive key technical decisions, and uphold engineering excellence. You’ll work across multiple teams to implement cross-cutting improvements, migrations, and bottleneck elimination. - 10+ years of software engineering experience
- Proven leadership in organizations with 30+ engineers
