As HR Analyst for Southern Europe, you bridge global HRIS strategy with local properties in Italy, Spain and Portugal, ensuring data quality and enabling teams with reporting and HR tools. You will promote data literacy and a digital culture within the region, shaping how HR data drives decisions. You’ll collaborate with Global HRIS to implement governance, support tool adoption, and tailor analytics to Southern Europe needs. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to impact data quality, reporting consistency, and system optimization across a regional footprint.

Responsabilità

- Data quality audits across Southern Europe to ensure adherence to global standards




- Collaborate with Global HRIS to implement data governance policies for the region
- Serve as first point of contact for data inquiries from local HR teams and escalate as needed
- Gather and relay feedback on tool functionality to Global HRIS and communicate updates to Southern Europe teams
- Provide training on Belmond’s tools and develop region-specific report templates
- Drive adoption and optimization of the core HR system within Southern Europe and identify workflow improvements

Requisiti fondamentali

- 3+ years of experience in HR analytics
- Strong xysqume problem-solving in technical/data contexts
- Advanced Excel and interest in Business Intelligence
- Understanding of data concepts (naming conventions, data types, data quality dimensions)
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex requirements
- Fluency in English and Italian
