Se sì, e se è convinto/a che questo sia il ruolo giusto per lei, si candidi il prima possibile.Daily activities will focus on:Managing buildings and services relevant to the company's operations: offices, facilities, canteen, securitySupport in defining schedules and procedures for building and facility maintenanceSupport in supervising and ensuring the proper functioning of systems:
heating and air conditioning systems, electrical, water, fire protection, gas, and compressed air systems, and all aspects of facility maintenanceSupport in managing construction sites and sites under constructionPerforming administrative tasks (entering RDA data into the management system)Creating reports for budget and consumption analysisDrawing with AutoCAD for designRequirementsDiploma in Surveyor or Degree in Civil or Construction Engineering/ArchitectureKnowledge of Office and Autocad (mandatory)Knowledge of the English language and Italian language for non-native speakers (B2 level) Knowledge of REVIT (preferred)Good communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What We Offer6 months internship with structured on-the-job training.Dynamic environment.Monthly reimbursement: €1,000.Company canteen.Location: MilanHybrid working policy: 2 days per week.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and take pride of our diverse and inclusive environment.
